Representing the Republic of France in a series of court and arbitral proceedings that arose out of the loss of the oil tanker, the M/T Prestige, in Nov 2002 and the resulting major oil spill.
Representing FEFUK in two proceedings issued urgently out of the High Court’s Technology and Construction Court and Insolvency and Companies List. The proceedings arise from alleged defects in the installation of cladding on One The Elephant.
