Adam Levitt is skilled in M&A, restructurings and portfolio transfers; he jointly oversees the practice alongside Rehana Box. Supporting the practice, Nick Wong specialises in lender-side financing within the insurance sector and Jacob Gold is active in the insurance and equity derivative spaces.
