The team advises on first and third-party policies and reinsurance claims related to property damages, environmental liability and business interruption. Other areas of expertise include professional indemnity, product liability and industrial risk claims. The team also has a strong presence in Latin America and handles a number of cross-border matters. Christopher Cardona is noted for his work on property reinsurance claims, while Rupert Warren acts for London Market insurers in construction claims. Adam Strong has been active in reinsurance coverage disputes, and Mark Meyer focuses on property and aviation disputes.
