- Acted for ALB in a case arising from brain injury from mismanagement of TB meningitis in a young offender’s institution. Thought to be the highest ever prison clinical negligence settlement - £2m.
- Acted for Mrs M, who suffered paraplegia following negligent spinal surgery. Settlement of £3.3m achieved despite initially unsupportive expert evidence on causation.
- Acted for NXK in a maximum severity cerebral palsy case for a capitalised sum of over £21m.
