- Acting for the IFC in connection with the drafting and negotiation of a Tier II Capital subordinated loan of up to USD 150 million in favour of Commercial International Bank, to strengthen its Tier II capital and expand its operations.
- Acting for International Restructuring Company (IRC) and the creditor group in a restructuring of debt arrangements involving assets in Hungary, Poland, Cyprus, Ukraine and additionally involving jurisdictions such as Luxembourg and the UAE.
