Advising Havila Group on the complex unwinding of four state-of-the-art LNG passenger vessels via intricate sale and leaseback transactions worth €205m with GTLK, a ship financing entity owned by the Russian state, which faced sanctions at the onset of the Ukraine conflict.
Acted as the principal borrower's counsel for Jacktel AS, a Norwegian company providing offshore accommodation services, on an $80m loan facility from Rawlin 1 Ltd, a subsidiary of London-based ship finance boutique Maritime Asset Partners.
