Highlight-Mandate
Advised Barclays Bank plc as arranger and senior noteholder in relation to the securitisation of car subscription contracts for Carvolution AG, a Swiss startup. This was the first transaction of its kind in Switzerland and, more generally, one of the few securitisation deals in the Swiss market in 2023.
Advising HSBC UK Bank plc and NatWest Markets plc as arrangers and noteholders in relation to a securitisation of Consumer Credit Act regulated catalogue receivables owned by J.D. William & Company Ltd (part of the N Brown Group plc).
Advised the Accell group (a European market leader in e-bikes and bicycle parts) in relation to an STS trade receivables securitisation involving multiple jurisdictions and backed by a large global private equity firm.
