TLT joins the ranking having hired three experienced partners to form its nascent but ‘responsive and deeply knowledgeable’ securitisation practice. Mark Thomas and Steve Downey joined from Squire Patton Boggs in 2023, and Amanda Hulme arrived from Addleshaw Goddard in 2024. Their work encompasses securitisations, structured loan products, trust structures, loan portfolio sales and acquisitions, receivables finance, asset-based lending, and structured lending and bridging. They join the vastly experienced Rich Hughes, who recently handled a £290m private future flow deal for a UK specialist lender.
