  • Advised IVC Evidensia on its divestment of eight veterinary practices to five different buyers. As part of the divestment, four veterinary practices were sold to the investor, Perwyn.
  • Advised CBRE on its purchase of the business and assets of Sera Global. Sera novated all relevant client contracts, with relevant staff moving from Sera to CBRE.
  • Advised Great British Nuclear on all aspects of the employment life-cycle as it transitions from a small start-up quasi-governmental body into the UK's pre-eminent nuclear energy authority.
