Acting for Abed El Jaouni in the annulment phase of ICSID proceedings against Lebanon, arising from the politically-motivated expropriation of his investment in a private jet company.
Represented Canadian uranium mining company WWM in its treaty claims against the Republic of Kazakhstan, arising out of the expropriation of its uranium mining assets in the late 1990s.
