In addition to acting for an array of different regulators across health, sport, surveying, policing, finance and law, the group represents higher education institutions that offer regulated profession-related study courses. Regulatory group co-head Sarah Ellson ‘knows everything about professional regulation’; and Matthew Lohn has particular experience in healthcare and finance sector-related discipline issues. The practice also comprises Frankie Everitt, an adviser on a range of professional disciplinary, public law and regulatory issues; the ’very impressive’ Martin Sleight, who is a former GMC in-house counsel; and Olivia Rogers, who assists regulatory bodies and businesses with professional discipline matters.
