- Representing Petróleo Brasileiro in an ICC arbitration against the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) (under a concession contract), which challenges the ANP decision to unify the Tartaruga Verde and Tartaruga Mestiça Fields.
- Acting for Petro Rio Jaguar Petróleo in a London-seated ICC arbitration that was commenced by IBV Brasil Petróleo, in relation to a joint operating agreement for the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas.
- Representing Veolia Environment in a dispute against the Republic of Lithuania, concerning breaches of international law that negatively affected Veolia's investments in Lithuania’s district heating and electrical generation sectors.
