Acting for Madison Pacific in two LCIA arbitrations, which it commenced against PrivatBank for the repayment of loans funded by two notes issuances in 2010 and 2013.
Acted for Korek Telecoms (and its majority shareholders) in a complex $2bn dispute, which related to alleged breaches of a shareholders’ agreement.
Acting for Korek Telecoms (and its majority shareholder) in a dispute relating to alleged breaches of a subordination agreement, and the duty of shareholders in a joint venture to make disclosures in relation to financial arrangements.
