Highlight-Mandate

Advised Cam Legal Services Ltd on Belsner v Cam Legal Services Ltd, a test case heard by the Court of Appeal which addressed issues concerning the way solicitors charge their clients for bringing small personal injury claims through the online pre-action protocols.
Acted in a successful Court of Appeal case, Hadley v Przybylo, with the judgment giving solicitors acting for claimants clarity regarding the recoverability of solicitors’ rehabilitation related legal costs.
