- Acting for Atlas Mara in c. USD 200 million multijurisdictional proceedings in relation to alleged breaches of a sale and purchase agreement. The trial hearing took place over 5 weeks in November and December 2023, and judgment was handed down on 7 February 2024, with our clients securing total victory as all the claimants’ claims failed.
- Acted for Clydesdale Bank on claims challenging Clydesdale’s entitlement to charge fixed rate loan break costs and the pricing methodology of the relevant loans.
- Representing Volvo in UK High Court class action proceedings concerning allegations of the use of unlawful “defeat devices” in Volvo diesel vehicles.
