Acting for Atlas Mara in c. USD 200 million multijurisdictional proceedings in relation to alleged breaches of a sale and purchase agreement. The trial hearing took place over 5 weeks in November and December 2023, and judgment was handed down on 7 February 2024, with our clients securing total victory as all the claimants’ claims failed.
Acted for Clydesdale Bank on claims challenging Clydesdale’s entitlement to charge fixed rate loan break costs and the pricing methodology of the relevant loans.
Representing Volvo in UK High Court class action proceedings concerning allegations of the use of unlawful “defeat devices” in Volvo diesel vehicles.
