M&A disputes have been a recent growth area for Norton Rose Fulbright, as well as litigation stemming from data breaches and supply chain liability issues. Practice head Ruth Cowley leads the team in multijurisdictional litigation, representing clients in M&A, shareholder and joint venture disputes on an international scale. Harriet Jones-Fenleigh represents corporates and financial institutions, with particular experience in fintech and cyber security disputes. Antony Corsi is praised by clients as a ‘a reassuring and commanding hand on the tiller’.
