- Representing MetalNRG in a number of related matters, including its action in the High Court under the Companies Act 2006, which was brought against an individual and two companies.
- Acting for Ernst & Young in relation to a claim by HMRC for alleged misrepresentations made concerning a settlement agreement entered into within the framework of the 2011-launched HMRC Employee Benefit Trust Settlement Opportunity.
- Representing longstanding client KPMG, in relation to the insolvency of Carillion, which collapsed in January 2018 and entered liquidation (with debts of £1.5bn).
