Successfully defended Dutch lawyer, Professor Albert Jan van den Berg, in a Commercial Court claim that was brought by Yukos investors, seeking Norwich Pharmacal relief and delivery up of documents van den Berg received in the course of his retainer by the Russian Federation.
Acted for the owner of a student accommodation block in claims that arose from multi-million-pound fire safety remedial works (with insurance coverage issues).
Acted for the company respondent to unfair prejudice proceedings, in relation to a multi-million-pound family business.
