Acting for WWRT in relation to its £65m claim (brought under Ukrainian tort law) against the former chairman of a Ukrainian bank and his ex-wife, which concerns non-performing loans advanced by the bank.
Acting for the liquidators of Gable Insurance, in relation to a claim under Liechtenstein law to recover £20m, alleged to have been misappropriated by the former directors of the parent company and their associates.
Acting for Palmali Shipping in its $175m claim against Litasco, which concerns the supply of crude oil.
