Highlight-Mandate
- Acted for Rusal against oligarch Vladimir Potanin (and his company, Whiteleave) in claims worth approximately $3-5bn, which relate to an agreement for the management of Norilsk Nickel, a Russian nickel and palladium producer.
- Defended Andrey Guriev against a high-profile claim brought by Alexander Gorbachev, in relation to PhosAgro, a large fertiliser company.
- Acted for CargoLogicAir (in administration and subject to sanctions), in pursuing a claim for approximately £100m against the lessor of one of its aircraft for wrongful termination of the lease and return of a security deposit.
