- Acting for Crane Bank and its shareholders in relation to special measures taken against the bank by the Central Bank of Uganda as part of a corrupt scheme to take control of the Bank and misappropriate its assets.
- Acting for Tradition Financial Services, defending a multi-million-pound claim alleging dishonest assistance and fraudulent trading (under s.213 of the Insolvency Act 1986) brought by the liquidators of various companies which were used as vehicles for complex MTIC carousel fraud in the EUA carbon credit market in 2009.
