- Acting for the PwC administrators of Lehman Brothers Holdings Plc (In Administration) in the unwinding of its affairs and the continued payment from time to time of very substantial sums to its creditors (over £1bn having been distributed to date).
- Defended YES BANK Limited successfully against a claim by financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald for a financing fee allegedly owed by the bank, following the significant public rescue of YES BANK in 2020.
