Advised Mastercard in relation to two ongoing parallel market reviews by the PSR in relation to: (a) Mastercard and Visa’s Scheme and Processing Fees; and (b) post-Brexit Interregional Interchange Fees for UK-EU transactions.
Advised Allkem Limited in relation to its all-stock merger of equals with Livent Corporation, to form Arcadium Lithium.
Advised AJG on two matters, including in its acquisition of Buck, and providing antitrust to AJG as part of its $3.25 billion acquisition of the treaty reinsurance brokerage operations of Willis Towers Watson plc.
