The team is led by three talented individuals: Tomas Bagdanskis is highly respected in contentious and advisory employment matters and is well-placed to advise on dismissal cases, redundancies, and legislative matters; Vilius Mačiulaitis is a well-regarded practitioner with strong experience in handling unfair dismissal and compensation-related cases, with frequent activity on behalf of employers; and Mantas Mikalopas has an emerging and growing practice representing every party of labour relations in contentious work.
