Advised Millicom International Cellular on its carve out of an independent tower company (TowerCo) to manage the company’s portfolio of about 10,000 tower sites across several Latin American countries.
Acted for a major Chinese SOE in the power transmission and distribution sector on its acquisition of a 83.15% stake in a Peru-listed electricity distribution company Enel Distribucion Peru and a 100% stake in advanced energy services provider Enel X Peru from Enel Peru, a subsidiary of Italy's Enel Group.
Advised Cubico on its acquisition of several wind and solar plants in Uruguay from Brookfield Renewables.
