PAG Law is Miami-based firm with an additional office in New York. On the corporate and M&A side, the firm now has nine partners focused on Latin America. Many team members are dual-qualified, having practised in major Latin American jurisdictions such as Chile, Argentina and Brazil. Much of the firm’s work centres on the start-up tech sector in Latin America, with it frequently advising clients on the entire lifecycle from start-up to early-stage financing and going public. It is also known for its expertise in venture capital fund formation, with Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Argentina among its primary jurisdictions for deal activity. Beyond tech, the firm has an established record in private M&A in the hospitality, healthcare, media and marketing sectors. Other key figures in the team include founding partners Juan Pablo Cappello and Lizbeth Flores, along with Esteban Elias in Miami and Peter Eccles in New York.
