Highlight-Mandate
- Advising the sponsors, including Total, Exxon Mobil, Santos and JX, on the financing of the development of the LNG plant and associated infrastructure for the production of gas and condensate from the Elk and Antelope Fields in the State of Papua New Guinea.
- Advising Equinor, a Norwegian state-owned multinational energy company, in connection with feedstock supply and product offtake arrangements with respect to the Pengarang Energy Complex in Malaysia.
