Taxation specialist Fabio Chiarenza heads the group, which also comprises tax and corporate expert Luciano Acciari and the ’extremely brilliant’ Mario D’Avossa. Other key figures are Luciano Bonito Oliva, Francesca Staffieri, Marco Frulio and Riccardo Vaccaro. In January 2024, tax structuring specialist Luca dal Cerro and crisis taxation practitioner Giulio Andreani were hired from Legance - Avvocati Associati and PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti, respectively.

- Provided tax advice to Liberty Media Corp in relation to the €4.2bn acquisition of 86% of Dorna Sports from Bridgepoint and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
- Provided tax advice to the Ministry of Economy and Finance and ITA Airways in relation to a competitive procedure concerning the sale of its controlling stake in ITA Airways.
