Highlight-Mandate

Advised Intermarine on entering into a contract (together with Leonardo S.p.A.) with the Directorate of Naval Armaments of the General Secretariat of Defence and National Armaments Directorate for the procurement of vessels for research and clearance of sea mines and related integrated logistical support.
Advised Rivieracqua – a joint-stock company with wholly public capital set up to manage the integrated water service in the Imperia area – with the legal aspects of the company’s restructuring.
