The firm is also very experienced in private antitrust litigation as well as multi-jurisdictional merger control cases. Its industry expertise includes the energy, telecoms, finance and infrastructure sectors. Based in Rome, D’Alberti leads the team alongside Edoardo Cazzato, who is experienced in merger control and consumer law. Enrico Spagnolello advises on judicial and procedural regulatory matters.

Advised A2A Energia S.p.A. in connection with its participation in an investigation opened by the Italian Antitrust Authority against Poste Italiane S.p.A. to ascertain an infringement of Article 8.
Assisting Terna S.p.A., the Italian Transmission System Operator, before the Italian Civil Court on a follow-on action, worth approx. 300 million, against certain companies liable for having taken part in a secret worldwide cartel found by the European Commission in the power cable case.
