‘Well-prepared and skilled’, the Dentons’ team provide judicial and extra-judicial support to clients in general employment matters, as well as social security- and trade union-related issues. The firm regularly advises on restructuring, reorganisation, trade union activities and agency relationships. The department also works regularly with other members of the firm’s network on white-collar crime, whistleblowing and data privacy issues. The team is led by Davide Boffi, who has particular experience in agency contracts.
