- Secured an award dismissing EUR 8 billion claims against our client thyssenkrupp in an ICC arbitration brought by the Hellenic Republic in relation to a project for the construction of military vessels for its Navy.
- Secured an award for renewable energy investors ordering the Czech Republic to pay USD 15 million and reimburse EUR 6.8 million in legal costs and all arbitration costs, as a result of its violation of the Energy Charter Treaty and various Bilateral Investment Treaties.
