Advised FMS Wertmanagement on a €11.4bn instruction to handle risk positions and non-strategic operations from the Hypo Real Estate Holding, including loans, derivatives, bonds, asset sales and restructurings.
Advised Mount Street Mortgage Servicing on financing transactions totalling €200m, involving trust deeds from international alternative lenders for the acquisition and development of logistics assets across Europe.
