- Assisted a pool of national and international lending banks (with BNP Paribas Italian Branch, as agent, structuring bank, SACE agent and ESG coordinator), in relation to a sustainability/ESG term-loan facility for €800m, which was granted to Fincantieri.
- Assisted the European Investment Bank, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, UniCredit and SACE with a €247m loan granted to Società Italiana per il Traforo Autostradale del Fréjus for the modernisation of the A32 motorway section connecting north-western Italy with France via the Frejus tunnel.
- Advised the lenders, Intesa Sanpaolo, UniCredit, CDP, Banco BPM and BPER on the €200m-plus financing for the design, construction and management of the Polo Strategico Nazionale, which promotes the digital transformation of the Italian public administration.
