Highlight-Mandate
Advised two major international news agencies - CNN and Reuters - on issues related to the coverage of the current war in Gaza (and Lebanon), including assisting in the release of news crews detained in military areas; advising on freedom of movement in combat zones; and advising on submission of items to military censorship.
Advised the Cellcom Group on many important matters, including all roaming agreements, international capacity and bilateral agreements with foreign operators, content and technology acquisition for its Cellcom TV streaming service, successful completion of litigation of $5m claim against leading multinational software provider, litigation of a $1.5m claim against another telecommunications infrastructure provider, and advised on three major tender proceedings for light rail projects in Tel Aviv.
