Acting for Carasso Real Estate in two projects, including the Blue Coast Complex in Herzliya for the construction of 13,245 residential units and 864,000 sqm of commercial, employment and office space.
Acting for the Prashkovsky Group in a combination agreement for a plot in the 1000 Compound in Rishon LeZion, for the construction of 120 residential units at a project value of NIS480m.
Acting for Ramgor Investments in the promotion of an urban building plan for a large complex in Herzliya for the approval of 110 residential units, as well as commercial and employment spaces, valued at NIS5bn.
