The team is co-led by Raz Tepper, a transactions specialist in the technology sector, who frequently represents local and international venture capital funds in fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate finance. Co-head Eran Yaniv is known for advising prominent international and local funds, particularly on cross-border corporate transactions within the hi-tech and cybersecurity sectors. Represented the four SKY PE Funds in their day-to-day activity which include advising the general partner in connection with matters regarding investors’ communications, treatment of investments’ in financial and other reports, regulatory matters, formation and disposition of special purpose investment vehicles, dissolution of funds and transfer of interests in funds, and in all of its fund-raising, investing acquisitions and divestitures.
