Highlight-Mandate

Acted for the liquidators of Treasury Holdings in multiple property defect proceedings case-managed in the High Court Non-Jury List.
Advised Grafton Group on successful judicial review proceedings in the High Court, challenging proposed development of a biogas facility adjacent to commercial premises.
Represented KC Capital Property Group in a Commercial Court claim against the concrete supplier where the damages claim is approximately €14m.
