Environmental and planning litigation is another forte. Damien Young has wide-ranging expertise and has landed a series of big-ticket data protection cases in recent years. Eimear Collins and Gerald Byrne are have played an integral role in developing the firm’s standing in commercial disputes, along with Jennifer Darcy, who was promoted to partner in 2024.
