Highlight-Mandate
- Acted for a shareholder and former director of Web Summit, David Kelly, in a series of high profile disputes before the Irish Commercial court against both Web Summit and another shareholder in Web Summit.
- Acted for various Lloyds insurers in the defence of commercial court proceedings brought by aircraft lessors Avolon, CDB Aviation, and the joint liquidators of GTLK Europe, each alleging an entitlement to insurance cover for aircraft allegedly lost following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
