Highlight-Mandate

Advised the Finance Ireland Credit Solutions (Finance Ireland) in connection with the provision of finance to E to Infinity ICAV, acting for and on behalf of its sub-fund Blacklion Real Estate Fund to finance the acquisition of a number of properties in an industrial estate in Dublin.
Advised DunPort Capital Management in connection with acquisition facilities provided to Project Finn BidCo Limited which were used for the purposes of funding the acquisition of a controlling stake by Waterland Private Equity in Bellew Electrical.
Advised Phoenix Equity Partners (Phoenix) on its investment in Nostra Technologies, which included the drafting of the loan documents and negotiating the Irish law security documents with input on the equity and other transaction documents.
