Soemadipradja & Taher is active on critical infrastructure projects in Indonesia, instructed by multinational sponsors and developers on a range of commercial, planning, construction, regulatory and environmental issues. Recent asset engagement includes, but is not limited to, transport networks, ports, power plants, and ecological restoration projects. Ardian Deny Sidharta helms the practice and presides over a range of energy and infrastructure projects, including PPPs. Co-head Denia Isetianti Permata is chiefly recognised for her skill in project development. Co-head Verry Iskandar provides further regulatory and compliance counsel.
