Witara Cakra Advocates (WCA) in exclusive association with White & Case LLP Indonesia has strengthened its banking and finance offering through the hire of Cindy Riswantyo in October 2023, who joins from Ginting & Reksodiputro in association with A&O Shearman and has a wealth of experience in project finance, debt finance, restructurings and refinancings. Riswantyo acts as team head in the department that includes Theresia Carolina, a proficient cross-border adviser who has an extensive borrower and lenders practice, and Justin Nurdiansyah who acts for lenders and sponsors in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. Fajar Ramadhan left the firm in February 2024 and founded ALTA Advocates.
