Highlight-Mandate

Provided BVI legal advice and issuing legal opinions in support of Yuexiu Property for its CSRC filing.
Advised Siegfried Asset Management Limited on the Cayman law aspects of the fund launch ( Siegfried Global trade Finance Fund SPC and Siegfried Global Trade Finance Fund SPII). This included preparing the private placement memorandum and other fund documents, and assisting with the registration of the fund with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
Acted as the British Virgin Islands Counsel for DRB in the application to appoint joint provisional liquidators and winding up application against 3AC. Subsequently, the firm now acts on behalf of the joint liquidators of 3AC. The firm advises the joint liquidators in the liquidation process, including creditors meetings, the relevant investigations and has general oversight of the multi-jurisdictional proceedings.
