Highlight-Mandate

Providing an employment “hotline” retainer service to 3M in the APAC region, covering 14 jurisdictions including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore. South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
Engaged by Hong Kong Metropolitan University to advise and rewrite its overtime policy, including clarifying the definition of overtime and how overtime was to be compensated.
