Advising Hard Rock International in relation to the multibillion project of developing an Integrated Resort Casino in Athens which is a major investment project for Greece.
Proceeded with a Legal Due Diligence report for the client, following the acquisition by the latter of four plots of land (including two hotels) in Corfu island, in order to issue a legal opinion as to whether the client has a sound title of ownership and further the properties in question may be set under a timesharing scheme.
