Represented METKA S.A., an industrial publicly listed Greek company, as the preferred bidder in a litigation before the Council of State to challenge the tender award that ERGOSE S.A. announced for the construction of the railway “Kiato-Rododafni” of a budget of approximately € 800 million and co-financed by the European Cohesion Fund.
