orka is regularly instructed by state ministries and private transport operators on projects in connection with the modernisation of rail infrastructure, including digitisation and the implementation of new safety systems in the context of new mobility. The team also handles related procurement and constitutional law issues as well as regulatory matters. Michael Sitsen supports public sector clients in procurement and tender procedures and is well versed in rail and bus transport. Sitsen jointly heads the practice with Anselm Grün, who routinely advises across the rail transport and e-mobility sectors on regulatory and antitrust matters.
