The team demonstrates longstanding expertise in export control and customs law, including anti-dumping and Brexit matters. Foreign trade law expert and practice head Bärbel Sachs as well as Max Helleberg complement this with expertise in investment control; the latter joined the partner roster in January 2024. Claus Zimmermann, who is well versed in WTO and EU regulations, moved to Ashurst LLP in April 2024.
