Since March 2024, BMH BRÄUTIGAM has been operating as NEON and, within its real estate practice, focuses on industry-specific joint ventures and share deals as well as related financing structures, while also managing project developments. Practice head Boris Reschucha primarily advises on real estate transactions and related corporate issues as well. The important role of its asset management advice was underlined with the appointment of Katja Walkhoff as salary partner in January 2024.
